New commission members

Newest appointed members of the Providence Human Relations Commission with Mayor Brett Smiley. Stephanie Hague, chief policy officer at the Jewish Alliance of Greater Rhode Island, is representing the Jewish community on this commission that celebrates and elevates Providence’s diverse cultural communities; facilitates workshops and trainings to support civil rights; ensures discrimination complaints are investigated and adjudicated properly and advocates for policies that codify and protect the civil rights of Providence residents.
